"Leopard Sleep ", Kgalagadi Transfrontier National Park, South Africa/Botswana, 2021, ©Alisa Timurzieva. All animals in my photographs are wild and free-roaming. No animals living in captivity. No drones and no camera traps. Only single exposures. All images are created in camera and are free of digital manipulation which means the image I captured in the field is the photograph you see. Nothing has been taken away or added to the photograph. Limited Edition Fine Art Print "Leopard Sleep" is one of the newest additions to my special Collection "Inspired by the African Wilderness" and is also part of my personal Project following research of two unique predators, the most elusive among all the big cats- African Leopard and a critically endangered Cheetah in the Kalahari Desert. "Leopard Sleep" is a photograph of a young female leopard asleep in the tree. I was touched by her funny pose and the way she kept her foot so close to her face. To enhance the beautiful blue of the background I slightly decreased the white balance in camera. "Leopard Sleep" is printed on Premium quality Ilford Galerie Prestige Fine Art Textured Silk Paper that is a warm tone paper that offers a 25% cotton and 75% cellulose alternative capable of delivering stunning contrast and sharpness and color gamut. "Leopard Sleep" is numbered and signed by the Artist and the Certificate of Authenticity will come together with the Print. "Leopard Sleep" is in A1 size. Other sizes are also available on request.
