The analog color in its essence and expression: in my research about material and language in photography started in the seventies, this work is part of digital expression in its depth, where the synthesis of material and communication goes beyond the boundaries of space in the imaginary, It does not represent the mimicry of reality (the typical attitude of "thinking" and "seeing" and "using" photography), but the depth of its substance in its expressive essence.

Piero Biasion was born in San Menaio sul Gargano, where he spent the first years of his life in a house with all white walls constructed on the beach and – as his mother used to say – during the stormy days, he would literally lean out of the window with the frying pan and see the fish jump into it! While in Genoa, he attended arts study and simultaneously began to work with artists, art galleries, restaurateurs, publishing houses for books, catalogues, documentation on performances, including the Roberto Cerbai’s facility in the ‘Unimedia’ Galleria in Genoa, where he exposed, developed and created a wall/picture with the artist’s father image. In addition, he also created and elaborated stratigraphic photos, with the use of the microscope, of art works by Rubens and others. His first attendance at the exhibition “Object Book, Book of Artist “ at the Library of Holy Spirit in 1974 in Florence it does indicates what will be the constant characteristic of its artistic production : the exploration and overcoming of the acquired language of the images . Florence Henri* commissioned him to produce prints of his pictures, because Biasion had invented a technique that recreated contrasts, intensity, and shades dated the beginning of the twentieth century with modern materials; prints that would be exhibited and become permanent collections of the major museums in the world. He was also involved in multivision , and was nominated image curator of the exhibition “Tra magia, scienza e meraviglia” (“Between magic, science and marvel”) in Palazzo Bianco Museum, which obtained a great success, then repeated in Palazzo Pitti in Florence as well as in Chateau de Fontainebleau in France. Through the reading of urban environments, he focused under different views real life, history and the human side that characterised public housing (Albergo dei poveri) up to his ultimate creations (Il Biscione). He continued his personal research on photography through private and collective shows in Bilbao, Paris, Turin, Florence, Beijing, Milano and Genoa. He is fascinated by the works of Juan Roman Sempere, poet and multi-talented artist, whom he met for the first time in Florence, and whose meeting turned out into a friendship that lasted until the death of Juan Roman Sempere. Piero Biasion also undertook a trip to Al Hoceima in Rif, Northern Morocco, where he experienced an entirely new world to him.
