Chad Ypon has been working in photography and accessory design for over 20 years. After receiving a BFA in Advertising at the UP he came to NYC to continue his studies and received a degree in Photography with a minor in Web design at the SVA NYC. His focus in Photography has consisted of commercial advertising, fashion, human interest and travel photography. Most recently he has become interested in the artistic possibilities concentrating on the human body. His style is a combination of vintage / traditional techniques paired with modern photographic / computer altering techniques which enable him to accomplish his vision. Chad has had various photos published in the United States and Philippines feature magazines such as Zoo Zoom on line Fashion Magazine, Hampton's Magazine, W Magazine, C+ Magazine and an assortment of travel materials such as Philippines 7107 Island Brochure and Sun Castle Resort. His photography has also been in galleries for solo and group shows at the following locations: Araya gallery in the Philippines, Big Art in Singapore, Gallery Soho in Hong Kong, and the T Rollins Gallery in New York.
