The girl in the photo, her name is Valeria. She is beautiful, insanely beautiful. She's a quite well-known blogger. The proposition to take pictures of her was accepted with curiosity. You know, sometimes you look at people and wonder when the light inside them will start shining for themselves. I want to feel it. I sometimes tell my daughter that I'm going to eat her belly button, she runs away from me, laughing loudly. And I walk and growl like a scary monster. But you know, children break something inside us, and we become real; we meet ourselves on this journey called life. Postscript. The whole story comes down to what I wanted to say. That we came to this Earth to find love within ourselves, to later gift it to everyone around us. More precisely, this photo is about opening the heart; it's about accepting yourself with all the flaws and virtues. You don't need to be perfect; even Mona Lisa is not perfect.
