The artists are world famous for their interpretations of choreography by George Balanchine, Peter Martins and Mikhail Baryshnikov. This photograph is a selenium toned, silver-based fiber print. The selenium toning gives a rich deep tone to the blacks while retaining detail in the whites. She has received two National Endowment for the Arts Fellowships and The Society of Publication Designers Award for Photography for her work in Martha Stewart Living. Her photographs have been published in major fashion and lifestyle magazines such as Vogue, Vanity Fair, Audubon, Elle, the New York Times and the Wall Street Journal - featuring such clients as Ferragamo, Cartier, J. Mendel, Bergdorf Goodman and Takashimaya. She is currently working on a video and still photography project shot in the Great Salt Lake Basin of Utah, as well as a series of the Bosphorus Sea near Istanbul, and will soon begin a project to be shot in the Sahara Desert of Morocco in fall of 2018.
