About The Artwork
In 2013 I spent 4 days in the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone photographing with my large format film camera. Visiting the site of this tragedy was sobering and inspiring at the same time. This particular image was made at the Jupiter Factory outside Pripyat. This sale is for a handcrafted, traditional silver gelatin darkroom print. Image size is approx. 20x24" archivally matted to 27x34". This is a limited edition print, signed by the artist on the front, with artists' stamp on the reverse. Edition size is maximum 40 in all sizes, for every 10 images sold the print price increases.

His current focus is on interpreting the decaying industrial landscape of the 20th century. Past projects have included documenting the ancient dwellings of the American Southwest, and capturing intriguing landscapes of America’s four corners area.
