"Throughout the ages mystics & theologians have used geometry as a contemplative focus, as it enables the viewer a vision of the underlying order of both the cosmos and the natural world." Quote from Richard Henry, Artist, .html ==================================================== SALISBURY CATHEDRAL, ENGLAND. Built in 38 years, from 1220 to 1258, the cathedral has remained largely untouched since then. Because of this short time span it has a consistent architectural style, Early English Gothic. The detail, sharpness and resolution from a 4" x 5" negative is extraordinary. The print is razor sharp, the internet image unfortunately not. PRINT DETAILS ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ *Image size: 132x100cm. *Print size:142x110cm with 5cm white border. *Durst Lambda C-type print. *Signed, dated and numbered on the reverse. *Certificate of authenticity. *Image taken with a 4" x 5" slide. *Razor sharp image. *Also available as 99x75cm. Mounting ~~~~~~~~~~~ Reverse perspex mounting with no borders onto dibond or aluminium is highly recommended.
