About The Artwork
"There's a starman waiting in the sky He'd like to come and meet us But he thinks he will blow our minds" This work is a homage to David Bowie and his eternal song Starman. It is also a homage to all the other starmen out there! This fine-art quality limited-edition print is based on a painting I made originally with acrylic on canvas. Such painting evolved from a drawing I made with markers and then reworked in a larger scale with acrylic. The work is a portrait of a man, which I created in my mind (meaning there's no model or actual person like that in reality). The work is part of a collection named: "Aliens and Other Imaginary Friends" to be exhibited later this year. You may look into my website for additional works from that collection. Info Regarding the Print: 1. Highest standard archival quality giclee print. 2. Printed on 100% cotton, fine-art quality, natural white paper with matt finishing and subtle texture.
