The Color of a Summer Sunset Photograph - Limited Edition of 17

I am a self-taught photographer living in Los Angeles since 1994. After many years working in the film business in the art department and lighting departments, then a decade or so of working as a photo assistant, I have shot commercially since 2015. I self-published my first monograph in 2018. The book: 36, is a series of portraits shot on black and white film and using a limitation to create the portraits: using a half-frame camera, i shot 36 photos of 36 LA-based artists, in a natural light studio. I am currently shooting my second monograph. It is a series about surfing and the ocean. All photos are shot on color film that I pre-expose using a variety of secret techniques to create different color palettes.
