ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This work started life as a photograph when woman wearing a distinctive striped dress caught the artists eye at an Art Fair in London. After taking the photograph, the he created an imaginary landscape with an illustrative version of the woman in the dress. Limited Edition of 45 Giclee print on German etching paper. This artwork has a deckled edge so will work in a box frame or with a mount Paper size: 17"x21" (44x55cm) Image size: 13"x17.5" (34x44.5cm) Sent unframed wrapped in tissue paper in a sturdy tube

West London artist who spent 20 years as an award-winning recording artist and international DJ. He ran his own underground dance label releasing 'breakbeat'. He was part of the seminal Rave band Rhythm Section before going solo and performing around the world including Glastonbury, Field Day Australia and The Ultra music Festival in Miami. He switched to making art full time in 2013 when he got selected for the Royal Academy Summer Show in 2013. He was also short-listed in 2014 and 2015. His work encompasses many varieties of printmaking including mono prints, screen prints, lino and digital. Increasingly he is blurring the boundaries between them. He paints onto wood and has been exploring different textures including engineered Ebony and Zabrano on Birch which is then painted over.
