About The Artwork

This image was created by drawing directly on the silkscreen with a wax crayon. The crayon acted as a resist when the green ink was pushed through the screen. In 2005 when this was created I was working hard on my figure drawing. I was pushing myself to establish a looser more expressive line when approaching figurative work.
