Alex Russell Flint (b 1974) is a British artist who produces beautifully crafted, soulful oil paintings. A realist painter, ARF divides his time between London and Argenton-Chateau in France, where he lives and works in the rambling former school house (l'ancienne école) he acquired in 2010. Along with countless commissions, including a portrait of HRH The Duke of Gloucester, he has had numerous group and solo exhibitions in London and Ireland and his work hangs in public and private collections in North America, China, South Africa and Europe. Alex is the great-grandson of the artist Sir William Russell Flint.
