About The Artwork
Inspired by recent research by scientists at Bristol university who have discovered how bees feel static from some certain pointy flowers as seen. The image comes from a Dutch flower painting in the Fitzwilliam Museum with a grasshopper. As we are in climate crises I have turned the vase upside down and it is falling to the ground pushed by the green grasshopper.
