Artist : TEHOS Title : One dollar tin can - A - Red Pigment ink print on art paper , Size : 50x65 cm Hand Signed lower Right - Title and signature on the back Limited edition of 30 number Numbers follow with the sales I loved the work of Pierro Manzoni - Merda d'artista 1961, a magnificent counterweight (or snub?) prior to the work of Warhol campbell soup (1962) perhaps? Do we consider an artist by his ability to transform an ordinary object into monetary value, or is it the work that makes the artist? When a simple tin can becomes such an object of worship and a "cash machine" it is better to stamp it directly with what it means, ie a market value, therefore a ticket. I couldn't miss the Tehos one dollar tin box.. here the red version One dollar tin box - A - Red

French contemporary artist, born in 1966, living in Nice. His protean work explores several techniques, collage, painting, photography, video, installations, inclusive works in virtual worlds. He never stops experimenting with new paths, constantly questioning himself. Tehos is particularly attracted by the links between language and art, beyond the simple aesthetic value of a work. He has many exhibitions to his credit. His works are exhibited and published in many countries. He designed the cover of the book "The legend of Bruno and Adèle" (Amir Gutfreund - Sapir Prize), one of the posters of the Salon Art Monaco 2014. The news paper Le monde diplomatique, illustrates its articles on several occasions with its works, in many countries. In 2020 his double heads are exhibited on more than 1000 screens (including several giant screens) in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Several times awarded, he notably won the Aiap Unecso Jury Prize in December 2011 for his film Les Arbres cinétiques.
