The Potsdam artist Wolf Dieter Pfennig, born in 1956 in Dresden, studied at the Kunsthochschule Berlin-Weißensee and held a professorship at the Hochschule Wismar. Known for cheerful, ironic motifs, Pfennig’s distinctive drawings, graphics, paintings, and posters have shaped the art scene.
