About The Artwork
The thirty-six black frosted glass elements which constitute B[æ]d Time are arranged in four rows and accompanied by a black velvet cushion. The title ironically plays on the phonetic transcription of the adjective “bad” and the noun “bed”, represented by the sculpture.

1967 Venice, ItalyHe graduating in Political Sciences in 1994 at the University of Padua, and since 1989 has been practicing a profession as a still life and photo reportage photographer. In 2000 Andrea Morucchio began his artistic search through sculpture, environmental installation, video-installation, photography and curator activity. His works are extremely varied and by the different languages used have the ability to involve the observer emotionally, stimulating thoughts that range from spiritual questions on social themes to topical issues.
