"Celebration of Cultural Diversity and Global Inclusion" a joyful, vibrant, contemporary and jubilant statement of the positive assets of global diversity. A modern and stylized human figure, this sculpture represents the LGBTQ community as well as all people, all sexes, all nationalities, all faiths, all sexual orientations, all individuals of all capabilities; judging none and celebrating all. The face of the sculpture is crafted of mirror polished stainless steel, the concept being that everyone who looks at the sculpture sees him/herself. The symbolic meaning being, we are all one. Our differences combined make us stronger as a whole. In response to worldwide campaigns of hate and intolerance, we are honored to submit our sculpture, "Celebration of Cultural Diversity and Global Inclusion" as the visual icon for necessary social change. Standing boldly at 10 feet tall, "Celebration of Cultural Diversity and Global Inclusion" is a majestic and elegant statement tirelessly standing as a positive memorial to the spirit of diversity and as a reminder that only through embracing our differences can we survive on this one world we share. The graceful, contemporary, compelling, the open framework of the sculpture and the small footprint works in harmony with all surrounding buildings, the natural environment and with all locations, environments and communities, worldwide. International award winning husband and wife sculpture and design team, Mark and Diane Weisbeck introduce a new series of award winning 3-D wall sculptures for corporate offices, residential environments, public spaces and the hospitality industry. The Weisbecks were the only artists in the world invited by the government of China to represent New York State in the 2008 Beijing Olympics Landscape Sculpture competition, winning the prestigious Excellent Works Award; their sculpture being voted on by the citizens of China. In 2008 the Weisbecks unveiled a 32 foot tall, 2 and 1/2 ton waterfront sculpture in Rochester, New York, the signature Gateway to the City, commissioned by the New York State DOS. The New York State DOT commissioned the Weisbecks to create 12 large scale light sculptures for the I-490 Highway bridges. The Weisbeck's works have been featured in museums around the world. The Museum of Modern Art, New York design catalog featured their modern magnifying glasses for many years. The Weisbecks have won the Gold Medal from the Institute of Business Designers for their luxury leather desktop accessories. Their eloquent, contemporary, meaningful sculptures can be found in the United States as well as China and worldwide.
