About The Artwork

I chose to transpose my paintings on the famous sculpture "Mannekens-pis" which I consider as a living painting, a nice and popular image of my country. Touching a symbol of Belgium is for me, a proof of love and represents my origins. The polyster sculpture is hand painted with the same pigments I use in my paintings. The work is unique.
