Female Chairifixion II | 57x28x22 cm | Female Chairfixion II is a sculpture that was inspired by the existential problems of human being. Chairfixion raises an issue of objectifying women. It is about reducing a human being to the role of a household appliance with just one purpose - serving the household. Also, in the relationship with her spouse, that relation is based on satisfying his sexual and existential needs. The woman is treated as a comfortable, but also highly-exploited chair that has no right to express its own point of view. That situation of exploitation is continued until the model is worn out and needs to be replaced by the new one. The correspondent artwork is Male Chairfixion II.
