ABOUT THE ARTWORK
I collect scrap metal and the saw blade and perforated triangular scale pieces inspired the "gator". I saved the pieces for several years and finally found all the bits needed to compose him. The legs were the hardest. I am inspired by witty naive folk art and the master Picasso who never met something he could not turn into art.
