A large cross made of vintage electrical boxes with two crucifixion nails on the arms securing the hands of the invisible body of Christ and one crucifixion nail securing both ankles to the base of the cross. The face of Christ shows the blood caused by the crown of thorns and is wired at the temples to two electrical cables that go down to a switch. More wars and human suffering have been caused by religion than anything else and the suggestion here is that should Christ return we cannot rely on simple crucifixion to do the job. We must all be alert as the Bible says in Matthew 24:44, ‘Therefore you also must be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at an hour you do not expect’.
