A small sculpture of an everyday scene of a mother taking care of the laundryand her child, playing with his dog and the laundry, on a delicious and colourful piece of cake. It can be bought alone or with "Laundry Day #2" Created by myself, this sculpture is a signed, unique piece. My sculptures are not manufactured objects, they're hand-made, and the micro details or variations are not to be seen as imperfections, but the mark of a timeless and unique piece. Materials: Base in a mineral stone-like material, with real pigments and figurines. A new 2022 sculpture series of vivid colors, with their small size, will integrate perfectly within your interior, on a buffet, a glass cabinet, a shelf or a mantelpiece. The quality of presence they render in a home is unique and they will subtly drive looks, while remaining discreet. It's also possible to contact me for commissions, to personnalize the pedestal, the scene, the colors, the characters depending on the events or presents you would like to make, and also to add small kids or pets (dogs, cats) Artist and sculptor for more than 20 years, I've exhibited with art galleries in France and art fairs. I make pieces of every size on commissions, you can visit my website, Instagram or Facebook for more inspiration.

Located in the south of France, Maroussia Chanut is a visual artist and sculptor mostly known for her sculptures of characters from popular culture, animals and human beings with animal heads, presented in human relationships situations. Her work tells stories, while questionning our Humanity through the moments of existence that we share from our collective unconscious. Her figurative style is an emanation of pop art with a lot of humour, sometimes tragic but over all revigorating. Her sculptures can be miniature or giant in size. She works with a mineral based resin, with a stone-like aspect, texture and weight, that is considered the most natural one. She is constantly looking for ways to reduce her carbon print, by using algae for moulding for example, she and uses gold leaf, pigments and bronze and copper powder as well. She's been represented in contemporary art galleries in Paris and Lyon, and showed in fairs like Drawing Now! at the Carrousel du Louvre. Her sculptures, watercolors and drawings are available on various platforms like Saatchi Art, or her website.
