Chairfixion raises an issue of objectifying men. It is about reducing a human being to the role of a household appliance with just one purpose - serving the household. Also, in the relationship with his spouse or lover, that relation is based on satisfying her sexual and existential needs. The man is treated as a strong, but also highly-exploited chair that has no right to express its own point of view. It is meant to be always ready to serve, to take part in a sexual act. That situation of exploitation is continued until the model is worn out and needs to be replaced by the new one. The correspondent artwork is Female Chairfixion II.
