About The Artwork
It's a sculpture made of birch wood (it was a old but still hard piece. So there is a nice structure) with dynamical organic shape. When it was finished it made me remember the sea, maybe it's a little bit like a big wave, or a whale. The sculpture lies on a stone plate which will be delivered too.

First I wanted to become a scientist but than I studied fine arts. I'm working as a sculpor and painter but sometimes there are also land-art projects. I'm teaching at a small artschool for young people at Donaueschingen. My artworks seems to be abstract, but there is a inspirition from nature. I'm often on the way observing their colors and shapes Also mathematics and music plays an important role. Sometimes I use wood and stones to make improvised music.
