About The Artwork
The inspiration for this work was about an apocalyptic event has happened, the world has changed, building materials are in short supply, skill sets have been reduced to small numbers. Safety in numbers has seen small towns popping up in the form of buildings. Some of the big corporates move in because the people can't live without them, chemical plants are next to your water supply, we have learnt nothing. This work is a one-off, it is created from aluminum with many forms of texture, each piece has been fixed using aircraft rivets, the glass is handmade.
