"Rockin'Homes" Sculpture

I'm Alex, a designer and artist based in Lviv, Ukraine. Inspired by literature, architecture, and music, my creations aim to uplift and inspire, radiating a unique "industrial psychedelic" aesthetic. Artworks: I handcraft 100% unique art objects with light using my signature technique, blending gympsum with various textures and materials. I am also a painter specializing in oil and acrylic mediums. My paintings often explore the interplay of color and texture, bringing a vivid and dynamic element to any space. I strive to capture the essence of the subjects I portray, blending traditional techniques with a contemporary touch. Artistic Inspiration: The coldness and grandeur of concrete industrial buildings have always captivated me. Alongside my fascination with classic novels by authors like Howard Lovecraft and Edgar Allan Poe, these elements fueled my childhood imagination, transporting to distant eras and galaxies. The Birth of Concrete Decor: Years of experimentation led me to an idea: imbuing concrete with light. This interplay between light and stone allows the material's textures and imperfections to come alive, creating a captivating visual harmony. My artistic journey has been one of self-discovery. Francis Bacon's quote, "Old methods cannot create anything new," resonated deeply, forginge own artistic path.
