About The Artwork
As a non religious person, I love churches and sacred art. The Catholic Church was my client for many years, and when I did a crucifix for them as one of the projects this torso was part of the corpus and meant a great deal to me. The church bought the first torso, despite my doubts that they may not like it. This is the second one painted in a completely different manner and cut out in a different way, so it is original.

Born in Pleven, Bulgaria in 1966. After art school and college, moved to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1994, where he worked successfully as a commercial artist creating hundred of sculptures for the Las Vegas Strip, museums, churches and parks. In 1999 he started Icon Sculpting and in 2016 he joined the motion picture industry and has completed projects such as; Avengers Infinity War, Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom and most recent, Captain Marvel. Creating fine art between commissions is his true passion.
