About The Artwork
I use wood 125-years old oak for this sculpture and it inspires me. The age of the tree and the material itself makes me to think about life. What has this tree seen in its lifetime? Sculptures of the series are allegories of human existence over the past 125 years. So the idea of “Tree of life” has a bit philosophic view and make consumer ask himself an existential question.
