About The Artwork
The first thing that catches the eye about the wall object "Wechselfaltung No 5" is its fur fabric. The look of the surface tempts one to make contact. But it also evokes memories of touching animal fur and small cuddly animals. Touching the surface of the object, the very tight and dense, shifting and twisting folds evoke associations with mummified furry animal bodies. The work comes with a numbered certificate.
