ABOUT THE ARTWORK
VORTEX is one of the nineteen different geometric shapes (modules), which belong to the MODULART Collection. The shapes were designed using special software, which allows the three-dimensional (3D) creation and visualization of objects. This module was cut out of a bloc of high-density polystyrene. It is fiberglass/polymer-coated. The final coat was charged with iron powder. A liquid forcing rapid oxidation was applied to obtain the rusty appearance of this object.
