About The Artwork
Who are we to love? Who are we to judge those who love? Is love a feeling or a physical sensation? Is one's innocence sacred or nothing at all? What value does it have? To us, to our loved ones, and the world? Shall I keep it safe? Or shall I share it? Will I lose my value? I drew inspiration from personal experience. The struggle of a young soul who grew up listening to how sacred his innocence and body are, yet at a certain age, we all become overwhelmed by the urge to feel the warmth of another body, to share intimate moments. It's raw, it's natural, yet we feel ashamed of these primal longings.
