This painting is a fascination with a mystical plane of our existence in which the body is used more stricter and darker. Heads and bodies are intertwined with rocks, characters are lost and completely depersonalized. The visual looks, as if someone pulled out all that those figures represented. On the ground in the frontal plane in front of these wraiths and figures of the heaven and underworld, lies a book, a candlestick and all other things that consisted all those personalities from birth to death. I hope that in this case more is happening than the blending of three dimensions into two, that there is a possibility to present ideas in a visual way, such as the idea of the whole human life path. Such visual representation, which makes ideas physically presented, can affect the minds of the observer of this work, my own mind, the importance of certain choices and the carefulness in choosing 'fate'. Vertical lines lead from the bottom to the top, and give the motif the impression of height, strength, monumentality, and staticity. Diagonal pieces give the motive, dynamics and livelyness. Diagonals form interconnected forms such as triangles and pyramids that also contribute to the dynamics of the motif. They symbolize rising, falling or descending. The medium for this work is completely Digital and printed on canvas with the inner frame approximately 1.5cm thick. The work was created using: Adobe Photoshop and Corel Draw.
