About The Artwork
An emotional journey of discovery was experienced when I initiaited a photo shoot to capture this scene. Not only was it January, 2019 but the temperature was very cold. This did not discourage model, Fleurdelis from modelling without complaint. I am indebted to her for persevering throughout the nude modelling in freezing temperatures. Initial photo editing had little changes yet in certain images exploring fresh scenes had light levels hightened, and some warming colour introduced. This has injected some warmth and enhanced the tableau, while not disclosing the actual low temperature. In fact the actual winter light has contributed to the finished edit. Many observers have praised and complimented the completed picture, the digitalised artistic water colour rendering with added manipulation adding more depth and shadow. Prints are available.
