West Kennet Long Barrow Splosion Print

Nobody really knows how old it is but when you visit the West Kennet long Barrow you can feel the energy of thousands of years of burials and ceremony. On a summers day in 2020 I found myself looking at the ancient burial mound in a different way, the sun was directly above us and giving extreme brightness. Energy seemed to be emanating out of the barrow as if every soul that was put to rest there was showing off their shimmering echoes. Silbury hill sits in the distance and on that day it was bold on the horizon, a beacon for the people.
