About The Artwork

Diptych: Acrylic and Gold Leaf on 2 canvases Adam and Eve serve as a metaphor for the beginning of mankind, regardless of your belief system. Whether you believe in the true existence of Adam and Eve or the scientific explanation of primordial soup to Darwinism, they are the cultural symbol of where we all began. The tongue and cheek representation of Adam and Eve is to poke fun at the classical idea that Eve's actions led to catastrophic events that forever changed the world. Beware of the naughty girl.
