Charlie Parker aka Bird, the most celebrated of all Alto Sax players and widely considered one of the few most brilliant musicians and innovative geniuses of the 20th Century played in clubs all over NYC. I imagine he must have played in the NYC subway at one point or another. This painting exemplifies the life of the artist who creates as naturally as he breathes, and above all or most other things, there are no limits in time or place. This painting is dedicated to every artist known and especially unknown who lives his Life this way.
