About The Artwork
Inspired by a bountiful harvest of huge limes, oranges and avocado from my garden. They were placed in my Babcia’s (Polish Grandma) gorgeous crystal bowl and simply looked stunning. I hadn’t planned to paint this scene but every time I walked past, it just looked so delicious, and I love the fact that I get to use Babcia’s things in a practical way, as I remember she did. This piece partners nicely with my other similarly toned pieces, also available from Saatchi Art This piece is painted using Australian made, artist quality paints, and is beautifully textured in places.
