Daddy issues Painting

My past experiences growing inspired me in making their piece. How a child may suffer from "daddy issues", depending on the circumstances and the kind of behaviour a father is projecting. In my piece "daddy issues" I try to portray how lonely it feels for a girl child owing to the absence of her father who she misses his presence, I believe that a child is better brought up in a family setting where both parents contribute hand in hand to raise their child,but then what happens when a father focuses more on providing the material needs of his family, working double time, going from one business tour to another to make ends meet but then being emotionally absent when needed. Later in life this can lead children to having an inferiority complex, increase in delinquency, constantly needing reassurance, all owing to the fact that "daddy" was not present to provide emotional support and to instill the right morals in their wards, I'm not saying there aren't children whom have been brought up by single parents and turned out fine , but this is my story and there is no way I will rather put it than this. Oil colour is my favourite medium because if it's flexibility.
