About The Artwork
WALK THE TIGHTROPE SERIES STATEMENT: In this series, my interest is to work on society and its impositions, popular interest, fashions, and the internal struggle that we manage between what the rest of the individuals want from us and the challenge that is presented within us whit what we want truly. And in this partlicular work "En Capas" the model was my son. And through the boxing gloves, the broken wings, and the tattoo that accompanies the entire series, I try to capture the conflicting feelings between what he wants inside and what society imposes.
