About The Artwork
This summer I was invited to show paintings within the theme of superheroes. I immediately knew that I wanted to paint the opening theme of the old Superman show where the crowd (in black and white) were shouting, "Look it's a bird, it's a plane! No it's Superman!" I often work with imagery found on the television and this was super fun to paint. I'm happy that the other two paintings for this theme show sold in my San Francisco gallery.
