About The Artwork
This is painting was prepared on an A4 (8.3”x11.7”) “canvas paper”. Its actually a very thin sheet of a canvas polymer that is triple coated with gesso and is very useful since it can be used for all sorts of mediums. I made this painting using acrylic paints. My inspiration for this painting is actually one of Bob Ross’ own paintings and this one particular piece was actually an accident. The intent was to use wet on wet technique with acrylic paint but i soon realized that was not possible.Acrylic paint is different than oil paint. I was a learning artist back then i still had a lot to learn(still do for art is never complete).However the painting was satisfactory in the end and i hope the ones viewing will appreciate it.
