About The Artwork

"It depends on his love for her" is an abstract, acrylic painting on canvas that is part of my "Seascapes" series. I started painting these scenes in 2021, the muted hues a representation of the doubts and insecurities I felt in those days. The solo boat making its way on the thin horizon, and the reflection of it in the dark and thick mangroves below speak to the often lonely emotional journey we must make everyday. The tile speaks to the people who love us and support us along the way. This painting is un-stretched and does not come with any hanging hardware.
