This new oil of the Pointe Courte cabins, fishermen's huts in Sète (south of France) focuses on the color contrasts between light and shade and on the reflections in the water. Watercolors made in situ were used as studies to realise it on a linen canvas. It was painted in successive glazes from November 2022 to February 2023, a technique which gives depth and luminosity. This work is ready to hang. The sides are painted blue for presentation.
