The first time I saw Lisa, she was at the bar, dancing on one of four large, wooden boxes placed about the dance floor for folks to dance on. She was in half drag. The box placed her a little over two feet higher than every one around. On display, the good ol' stars and bars, worn as an ankle-length skirt with platform sneakers. Statuesque, inspirational, truly the single best use of the flag of the confederacy I have ever seen. Lisa's mixed race, caramel skin, her lithe, sometimes golemish movements, make her both beautiful and repulsive, also deep and trashly.
