About The Artwork
I worked on this piece on and off for 2 years. It became very personal to me. She took on many different looks and forms of emotions during the process. When I saw I was happy with her looks and her expression, I realized she depicted me in how I felt inside and also the beauty we all wish we have. She is confident yet confused. She is not sad but not happy. She seems to be, exist. The emotions in this piece made me decide to name it "ME". I hope these emotions are felt for those who view her.
