Various Jatake tales, folk tales and a number of foreign classics were adapted for plays at court in this place. The Fountain is a part of Ancient City in Bangkok. Ancient City (Mueang Boran from Thai language) is an outdoor museum park roughly corresponds to the shape of the Thailand Kingdom, with the monuments lying at their correct places geographically. It was constructed by Lek Viriyaphant and occupying about 1 km². The museum is the largest open-air museum in the world which was opened in 1972 year.
