About The Artwork

This piece of artwork was inspired by the life of Massive Stars. The explosive outburst phase preludes the star going supernova. Creation and destruction can be seen as necessary companions. Out of the explosive energy the beauty of the lights are akin to fireworks in space. The chaotic bursts of lightwaves produce patterns of their own. Each swirl, wave and flow tell a story of their own. My hope for viewers is to get pulled into the picture, to follow, trace with their fingers the various patterns and waves. Out of the chaos of everyday living, a way of being able to make sense of what's happening in their lives. It's in the stillness that peace and joy can be found. Order out of the chaos and beauty out of destruction. The use of ceramic and acrylic paints with resin make for a wonderful fluidity and depth. By varying the temperature and concentration of various types of substrates means that each painting is one of a kind and can not be replicated. Only high quality products, canvasses and pigments are used. The artwork is signed on the back and comes with a certificate of authenticity.
