"Meditation has changed my life. Our minds can be cluttered with thoughts of daily activities, choices and the way we may perceive life. By slowing down and taking a deep breath, we can embrace the moment, without fighting our thoughts. but rather, being one with the moment. Buddha is an inspiration in the art of meditation. Buddha's teaching has inspired me to achieve peace of mind" How the painting was created: Using various paint tubes and one brush. I created a cube inspired brush stroke while layering different colors. After many hours of painting, the end result was a piece with the illusion of movement, symbolizing our thoughts and oneness.
