Gustav Klimt has been one of my favorite painters. There is something about his landscapes. As we know he was a man who broke the rules. During his time, even paintings lacking human figures—like his landscapes or abstract friezes—were filled with organic forms: undulating spirals, rushing whirlpools, profusions of flowers. It is enough to see his painting once and that painting will stay in our head for a long time. Of course, something like that happened to me too, especially with his paintings that have to do with landscapes of infinity. Its simplicity and in a way the transmission of that message in a complicated way for each of us, shows that you are dealing with a genius of the time. In this case, I thought that some of Klimt's paintings would be brought back to my creativity as part of the red spring. "Art is a line around your thoughts" said Klimt, who was really right, it's not by chance that I chose this sentence of his, as it is of great importance to each of us - red spring/ from Klimt edition oil on linen 150 x 150 cm 2022
