It is a painting, representing a box with a cast of a lying human figure. The work is characterized by a strong sense of stillness and inner peace, which emerges from the figure's relaxed position and the fact that it appears to be sleeping or resting. The cast of the figure is modeled with soft lines and few anatomical details with only hints of the body's curves. The title in Italian, "Riposo risposto," refers to the desire of a potential occupant of the box to rest in a protected and private space and to the desire for tranquility and balance reposed in one's soul. The painting has been shown in a number of exhibitions in Italy, receiving wide critical acclaim. The work emphasizes the relationship between nature and mathematics, two disciplines that seem distant but are actually closely related. The geometry of the tree symbolizes the harmony of nature. The human figure has on his head the tree's crown made of thoughts, desires, dreams that dwell in man's head.
